How do I cancel an order?

Once you have placed an order, you can cancel it by ringing us in store. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned for a full refund or any exchanges. Make sure you fill out and enclose the return’s note, for more information on this, please see our refunds and exchanges section.

Unfortunately, you cannot amend an order once it had already been placed. If you wish to cancel an item, ring up our team and we may be able to remove this if it has not yet been dispatched. Otherwise, you will need to return the item for a full refund after it had been received. Items cannot be added to your order after it has been processed, unless incurring additional delivery costs.

Can I use a discount code?

Discount codes can be entered once on the Shopping Cart page in Checkout. Simply enter your code in the box and click ‘Apply Coupon’ and this will take your discount off the ‘Grand Total’ shown. Where discounts are a decimal place, this will always be rounded up.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

It depends on the weight of your order. If your order is small, light and inexpensive, it will be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked post and no signature will be needed. However, if it is small and expensive, you will then have to sign for the item.

For larger, heavier items we will use a courier service to deliver your order, between 8am and 8pm, which requires a signature. In these circumstances it is advisable to have the order delivered to wherever you will be during working hours e.g. your work address, so you can sign for the parcel.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Here at Deep Blue Dive Centre we have no way of estimating delivery times. If your parcel is sent using DPD they will usually SMS on the day to give you an estimated delivery time. (SMS notification is not applicable for all locations in the UK. Check DPD website for more information.)

What if I am not available to sign for it?

If no one is present to sign for your goods, a card will be left with the option to collect your parcel from a local depot or have it re-dispatched at a convenient time. Please note this may cause a delay in you receiving the goods.

If you are not present at the delivery address they may take a signature from a colleague or neighbour as proof of delivery.
