Training Ladders from Core-X Fitness are not traditional wall ladders. Used on the floor, they are ideal for improving coordination and footwork. This makes them greatly popular amongst fighters such as boxers as well as all fitness enthusiasts.

Known sometimes as SAQ ladders for the three main areas they improve; speed, agility and quickness.  Training Ladders allow you to mix up your training, and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Super versatile, they can be used as a cardio and coordination tool and they are great for group training and circuits.
